Sorry for the delay I have been alittle busy for change, hehehe Eugenie is having exams and I have been driving the 45 min drive to take to school and waiting 3 hours and then return her home. This just part of a very long test time that will not end till 11 Novber. Sho has made a wonder wooden bed. This not her bed but It is one I found on Google that looks abit like hers.

You may laugh but I am fasting for Ramadan so as to support my friend Angelo (majeed). He is still writting often and I am very fond of him. I am now relaxed with him calling me mom. It was very hard at first as I believe I can never replace his dead mother. But I can be mom nicki wich sadly is not the same. But is a good friend who loves him as a son.
I see another Ghana Friend Abdul-Gafaru. He is still at school and is very honest and love telling about live in Ghana. He has taught me much about food and live in his part of the world.

Yes the spring sprung and life is popping up every where. I and even feel happy that am so forgetful. As flowers are poping up in places I had forgotten. And this wonderful fun.

I am hopping your havest is wonderful. I often think of you my beloved friend. But I always trust you are happy and busy.
But if ever you come to my part of the world I hope that you will come and stay and let me take to some of our vine

Yes it is sad when someone takes some thing. Yes a simple fence or gate slows many down. I live on far side of the railway tracks in my small village. And because my home is just a little out of the way I have had no trouble.  But there maybe some good luck in this to. I think Australia might have less crime. I know usa has a high number of people in jail Per head.
We have much less people in jail. But we paid better to help poor people.

Now it is good to know your grapes are doing well.

Here the days are getting longer and yestter day I saw the first doves coupling. So spring is in the air.

 Saw you made qick visit to my page. It is alway good to see you. I hope your paperwork has gone through. Here we have had a couple of days gentle rain but now it is claer again. It so far is a midle winter. But with a little luck we will get good spring rains. The last 3 or 4 years the winter rain has been late and so we had good spring growth.  Yes kittens are so very sweet. But all babys are sweet maybe because they are filled with hope. As we get older we often become less trusting. And so this openess that babys have is so very charming.

I have the other harder job and that catch wild cats. Funny how our lives are so very different my dear friend. But Please trust me I would harm any animal if it was not needed. I love animals.  I wish that people could care for their beloved pets better so the would not end up  wild. Well your little kitten are lucky to have you. I wonder why the mother is behaving this way? Love nicki

I am so glad to hear that things are going well. It is hard to understand why goverment take so long with papper work. I really loved the birds you posted. back in the day 1988 when I was in Texas Big Ben natioal park I tryed to make a photo    of a road runner. Well the bird out smarted me and I could not get it. Now you send me this lovely photo. It just makes me smile. I think some told me that these  birds eat young snakes? Here the days are getting Longer. Han is loving his new work. Eugenie is busy with her school work. It is so very had the last year. Sadly we both got low in iron. So now she on pills, but I feel gilty about it. Funny as I do not think I have done any thing wrong. But maybe it is a mother thing? Now sweet friend take care of your self and do not reply untill you have the spear time. It is so good to see you my sweet friend! Here life has return to normal and Han is back at work. A little less money, Bbut then we did not need it anyway. So it is all roses. How are your vines? I do hope that you did not have late frosts and if there was any frost that you water spray protected the baby bubs. Here it is sunny and cold nights. I love this weather and believe it is very healthy. Things are getting very busy for my little Eugenie as her finnal year at school has much to do. I do not understand why as a top student she has picked arts and building? But this maens she has to do alot of hands on projects. One of which is to build a queen size haeven bed ( abed with canapee). Sorry about the spelling. I am looking forward to hearing from you when you have time. I have learnt may things from you . Thank you very much. I am luckly to have you as a friend. I will find some pictures of the Australian family birds. They are very smarts birds!!! They keep the off spring from the years before to help feed their babys. This way the young adult learn how to care for the babys and the DNA of their brother and sister is almost the same as their own young. These birds can live in very dry lands.

these bird sing very well and when you hear them you feel happy

Chough Corcorax melanorhamphos These birds can live on very dry lands. They from big family groupand often steal from othe birds.

Apostle birds, Struthidea cinerea this bird spends a lot of time walking and in winter they come together in big groups of 100 +

One bird in front of the camera, one hidden in the tree - but what you mostly hear is one bird alone. Although he sounds like a whole orchestra!

Yes I will do this. Now how are things in your life?
I have just had a walk, most I met my old friend and wald with her. She 80 and so fit. T walk 3 or for time a walk a lane Brays lane to 2 small steams. I wish you could see how pretty it is. Well this morning I did not see her so I went by my self. The are rounded stone that I like to find when I am by myself. They are from the time of the ice so are from 20, 000+ when our rivers where big and could roll big stones. I put these pebbles in pots to slow water loss. Hope you day going well love nicki
