Take away the death penalty and the next thing you'll hear
is how crowded our prison and jails are.

I agree, not to mention that it takes 11.6 million a yr to keep a prisoner in for life.

If the death penalty is disposed of then crime will also skyrocket now people have no fear of dying for what they have done.

On top of it all I personally believe all this humane crap is bullshit do the old fashion cheap firing squad. It's been proven that just before the firing squad fires your heart rate is over 300bpm. After you are shot your heart only beats 3-5 times before you die and at 300bpm thats only 0.2 of a second,

It's a cheap quick and very effective method, 10 people all fire at the heart with one carrying a blank so any one of them can wish to believe they didn't kill the man. At the end of the day why does it even matter if it's humane or not. They're horrible people who did dispecable things and a painful death is what they deserve.

Death penalty is necessary in a society now as the veteran criminals are taking advantage of lax laws which are proven to be infective.My experience as a judge since decades says so.    

no we should not get ride of the death penalty, we need to kill all those child molesters and rapists
