 Part of a family of ground living spiders that live long lives. They primitive spiders do not rech sexal maturity until they are 4 or 5 old and they may live for many years there after. Females, in particular, can reach 20 years of age.

there are so many things you would not think of. I found a lizard on the road and its mouth was damaged. So I took it to the Vet. She she that she could not repair it. and so would kill it. Then she told me this lizard was 15 yeards old. I was shock as It was a middle sized lizard. 30cm long and in my garden there many are 40cm long.  But it is the same for the funnel wed speder I show you it also live 20 years. Such long lives.


 
It took some looking to find the type of blue Tongue lizard that live in my area. There are many kinds of these love lizard here. Lots of love nicki
